We travel almost continuously across the Mediterranean and beyond, walking through houses in person and measuring each against a standard that rarely bends. Only the residences worth remembering are proposed.

Curated, Never Collected
Properties are not added to Amarante. They are visited, questioned and, more often than not, declined. We look at the quality of every bedroom rather than the best one, at whether the kitchen can hold a chef, at where the shade falls at four in the afternoon.
Only a small fraction of the houses we see is ever offered. The ones that remain are the reason guests stop looking elsewhere.
